Insurance
Providers and Payment

We are an in-network provider with United Healthcare, BCBS, Anthem and Aetna. We start taking Cigna, Humana and Medicare supplement plans that have acupuncture benefits.

Acupuncture is a treatment covered by some insurance plans. If you are with UnitedHealth, BCBS or Aetna, please contact them to verify the coverage and eligibility, as well as your deductible. Some of insurance policies are diagnosis driven which means acupuncture coverage is based on certain ailments. Most of Medicare supplement plans only cover low back pain. Therefore, it is the patient's responsibility if the treatment is not covered by the insurance.
If you are with another provider and have acupuncture coverage, we can provide you with a 'superbill' so you can get reimbursed by your insurance.
Alternatively, you can claim this expense on your FSA or HSA account.

Full payment is expected at time of service. We accept Cash, Checks, Visa, AMEX, Discover, and MasterCard. There is a 3% credit card processing fee.

Please bring any medical lab exams if available.
